The second JTYAF Companion Dog Show was a great success raising almost £400 for the JTYAF! We had lots of entries for both the Pedigree and Novelty Classes, lots of rosettes and trophies awarded and lots of very proud owners!

Congratulations to Tony Marsh who won the Best in Show with his Standard Smooth Haired Dachshund We were really lucky with the weather and very grateful to Yvonne Knapper for giving up her time to judge the Pedigree Classes and also to Rachel Tatum who kindly judged the Novelties.

Thanks must also go to Nicky and Dave Smith, Barbara Astle and Pam Rutley who organised this great event, to Margaret who organised all the rosettes and to the Cadets from 2358 Squadron who managed the car parking. Barbara did a fantastic job on the catering and her bacon rolls were a big hit. Last but not least, a big thank you to our volunteers, Elke, Francesca, Pat, Maddy and Katie, to Cobbydog who sponsored the event and to all the lovely dogs and their owners who came along to support it.
