Footie Fun at Beaucroft
/The JTYAF has recently supported the purchase of two trampettes and a football table for the Post-16 students at Beaucroft Foundation School and they are absolutely delighted with their new additions!
Beaucroft Foundation School is a school for pupils with moderate learning difficulties, many of whom have additional complex difficulties and/or disabilities, mainly autistic spectrum disorders or sensory impairments. Beaucroft is a special place, where the students positively thrive.
The football table is a 1970's retro model which was found on Gumtree and the students and staff are having great fun with it as you can see below.
The trampettes have been a big hit too, adding a new dimension and lots of fun to their PE sessions.
Beaucroft has been one of the JTYAF's supported organisations since 2011 and the students have also been fundraising in support of the JTYAF since then. We're very proud of our partnership and always amazed at the commitment and great affection the students show towards the charity.
