Come Bake with Megs

11-year old Megs has been busy baking throughout lockdown! She previously won a JTYAF award to attend a ‘Make it With Me’ cookery course at the Chewton Glen and has been busy perfecting her bakes since.

At the beginning of lockdown, eggs were difficult to get hold of so Chef Megs created a video showing how to create delicious brownies without needing eggs.

Megs has entered two competitions and was runner up in the Little Chef Academy run by Castlepoint and Masterchef runner up Chef Luke Phillips. She had to make four recipes set by Chef Luke Phillips: Shepherds pie, chicken Kiev, chocolate layer cake and chocolate chip cookies.

She dreams of owning her own cafe and is always learning to bake and cook new things. Check out her delicious bakes below!
