It's almost challenge time for Cai Rolfe and his CRFC Fan Dance Team. On Saturday 2nd July they will be heading off to Pen-y-fan in the Brecon Beacons to take on the 'Fan Dance Race.' 24K over punishing mountainous terrain carrying 35lb of kit plus their food and water!

The SAS & SBS use this as part of their selection process, they complete it within 4hrs with 60lbs of weight!

Cai and his team will aim to complete the challenge in well under the 7 hours maximum time allowed for the race.
