Future Marine Biologist

We were extremely impressed with a recent application from a student from Ferndown Middle School who aims to become a Marine Biologist. 

He has already spent time volunteering at the Oceanarium as an aquarist and has a very clear vision of the path he needs to take to achieve his dream.  He has completed a PADI Discover Scuba Diving programme and is now ready to progress to the PADI Open Water Course. 

He has saved the money he needs to buy the necessary equipment to complete the course and the JTYAF is delighted to support him with a bursary.
