Get into Christmas and Get Fit with the 12 Days of Christmas Fitness Challenge with our friends at JK House Training. They are kindly supporting the John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation (JTYAF) with this event.

JK House would like to challenge you, your friends and associates to take part in their '12 Days of Fitness' Challenge.  Designed to ease you into a new exercise routine and create healthier habits for 2021! It doesn't matter where you are on your fitness journey, from complete beginner to fitness freak, we all need a little motivation and handholding sometimes (virtually of course)!

 During the twelve days of Christmas, JK House will be setting a series of fitness challenges each with a festive twist. Just like the Christmas song, each day for 12 days they will present you with a new fitness challenge.  Over the 12 days you will accumulate more challenges to complete. So, by the end of the 12 days, you will have worked up to a good fitness session incorporating all 12 challenges. What a great way to gently ease you back into the New Year, work off those mince pies and win some amazing cash prizes.
