Leadership and Management qualification for 30 Explorer Scouts

A group of 30 young people from East Dorset Scouts are set to gain a qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management with help from the JTYAF.

The Explorer Scouts already help to lead Beaver sections, Cub Scout sections and Scout sections within East Dorset and have previously completed the Young Leader training scheme.

The programme will demonstrate their skills in leadership, management, independence, maturity and working under their own initiative.
