Libys Aims for International Level in Taekwondo

Libys McGuinness is a member of the Weymouth and Dorset Taekwondo Association and she will be travelling to Dublin to compete in the Northern Ireland International Open Poomsae Championships.  The JTYAF is delighted to support her with funding for flights, accommodation and competition fees.

Libys has been committed to Taekwondo since she was six years old and has achieved gold and silver medal status at a whole host of championships in the UK.  She is taking part in the Gifted and Talented programme at Wey Valley School and her coach is certain that she has great potential in the sport.
