New Flute for Talented Musician

A talented young flautist has received a bursary to help with the purchase of a new flute. Her current borrowed instrument is constantly being sent off for repairs and we were delighted to support her musical development with an instrument which is more suitable and will provide the opportunity for progression through the grades.

This application was supported by the students music teacher who described her as ‘an exemplary student, both in attendance and practice at home, despite having to rely on borrowed instruments which have not always been in ideal condition to support her learning.’
