Offshore Sailing Course

Thanks to the JTYAF, a 13 year old sea cadet is looking forward to the opportunity of taking part in an Introduction to Sea Going Sailing Course on the TS Royalist, the Sea Cadets flagship.

TS Royalist was launched in 2015, and was officially welcomed to the fleet by The Princess Royal. Since then, it has taken thousands on unforgettable voyages, where young people have learnt seamanship, teamwork and how much they’re capable of.

This last minute opportunity will give our award winner the chance to achieve a basic offshore sailing award which will lead on to future qualifications. We wish her every success.
