Support from JK House Training Centre

We are very grateful to JK House Training Centre for including the JTYAF as one of their charities of support.

As part of the support they are offering to give to the JTYAF.  They will be organising, running and supporting fundraising events, promoting awareness across all their social media, website and networking channels and seeking out opportunities to promote the charity within all aspects of their business.

A massive thank you to all at JK House Training Centre. We’re looking forward to working together for the benefit of local young people.

Here is a bit more about JK House Training and what they do.

Stroke Rehabilitation.

Director and Lead Trainer Kieron Franklin completed his Level 4 in Stroke Rehabilitation training through the charity ARNI (Action for Rehabilitation from Neurological Injury).  He is registered as an ARNI Associate Instructor which has enabled him to assist the rehabilitation of stroke survivors; both at the client’s home and on-site at a local gym in Poole.   https://arni.uk.com

Personal Training.

They help many people achieve their fitness goals; rehabilitation from injury, weight loss, muscle building or preparing for an event.  PT clients are varied in ability, age, goals and requirements and they tailor their sessions to support them on their own fitness journey.  They can provide training at  home, a local gym or outdoors.

Annual 'Mountember' Event

They support the ARNI charity to provide more rehabilitation trainers by hosting the annual 'Mountember Event'; this is where some of their more able stroke survivors, their families, keen supporters and their Personal Training clients climb four challenging mountain peaks of the UK over four weekends in September.  The 2019 event has just finished and they are planning for an even bigger 2020 event. https://arni.uk.com

Health Champions

They are working closely with Health Champions in local GP Practices to provide rehabilitation and training for their patients.

Business Development Opportunities

They are now seeking individuals who share their passion for fitness and rehabilitation to run their own business using a package of support from JK House.  They offer preferential terms to Veterans to maximise their opportunities for success.  In summary a deposit of £150 secures the franchise and starts development of their online presence, a Launch Day cost of £150 covers ongoing business development support.  The monthly fee of £340 (or £4080 annually) is then waived for the entirety of their first year allowing them concentrate on building their business.
