Team reaches Everest Base Camp

The JTYAF were delighted to be able to follow the progress of Rob Foxcroft, Jamie Pottage, Will Lord, Marie Grant and Matthew Leathard, the team of Qualified Junior Leaders who were selected for the 2012 JTYAF Expedition to Nepal.

On the 1st November they successfully reached Everest Base Camp and their achievement is testament to the courage and determination of these great young people.  

An extract from the JTYAF Nepal Trip 2012 blog on 1st November reads:- “Left a small tribute to an amazing individual at base camp (John Thornton) one of hopefully many in the coming years.”
