A talented young musician has been awarded a JTYAF bursary to purchase sheet music to aid her performances with large orchestras.

Her greatest achievement to date is playing as a part of a large concert at the Bournemouth International Centre and achieving the first desk of the first violins.

She has gained more confidence in performing with inspirational conductors as well as experimenting with different techniques on her instruments. She aims to widen her repertoire whilst playing and improve her performance skills.

She has also played challenging and popular orchestral music as part of Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra and large choirs.
