A dedicated member of the Dorset and Wiltshire Air Cadet Wing is due to embark on an Australian adventure.
He’s been a member of the ATC for five years, progressing through the ranks and completing his Master Cadet and Method of Instruction course in order to help other Cadets.
He aims to take part in various activities and gain experience of living away from home at the same time as representing the UK Air Cadets.

The John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation (JTYAF) was set up in memory of John Thornton who was tragically killed in Afghanistan in 2008.
The JTYAF provides opportunities for young people to help them to develop as individuals and fulfil their ambitions in life as John was able to do.
