George Kelly is currently a second year student at Bournemouth and Poole College and is aiming to go to Southampton University to study Marine Biology.   He has requested support from the JTYAF to help with costs to take part in a marine biodiversity conservation project in Madagascar with 'Frontier.'  George is totally committed to conserving the natural environment and sees this opportunity as a chance to enhance his education and experience prior to undergraduate study.

I will be taking part in a marine ecology/biodiversity project by assisting the professionals in the country..........This work experience in the field I want to follow for my career after university will provide an invaluable opportunity for me.

George will be travelling to Madagascar in August and will spend three weeks volunteering with 'Frontier.'  He has worked extremely hard to raise the money to pay for his flights and the JTYAF is delighted to support him with funding for equipment, accommodation and project fees.
