Mum and Son Run Bournemouth & Raise Almost £700!!

The JTYAF was delighted to receive such fantastic support from a mum and son duo who took part in the Bournemouth Half Marathon on behalf of John’s Foundation. It was the first Half Marathon for mum and a fantastic achievement. Crossing the finish line was testament to the time and effort that went into her preparations for the event and the JTYAF was pleased to be there to witness her success.

Will not only ran the Half Marathon in an incredibly fast time, but also took part in the SuperNova 5K the evening before the event! The JTYAF was delighted to be at the finish line to congratulate him on his achievements.

The fundraising achievment was equally as successful as the race results and we can’t thank them both enough for the fantastic £672 raised for John’s Foundation. This will make a big difference to the opportunities that the JTYAF can provide for young people.
