Sainsbury's Make a Difference with an amazing £8000!

The JTYAF was delighted to have been chosen as ‘Charity of the Year’ by our friends at Sainsbury’s Ferndown and what a fantastic year we had. An incredible £1254.10 was donated by Sainsbury’s from the sale of plastic carrier bags and JTYAF volunteers raised an additional £6727 in store!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in partnership. We were overwhelmed by the generosity of the customers and always really well supported by the colleagues. Huge thanks to everyone involved in this fabulous team effort with special thanks to the JTYAF volunteers who worked so hard.

£8000 will make a real difference to the opportunities that John’s charity can provide in the year ahead. It will be used to provide bursaries and scholarships for local young people from a wide array of youth organisations directly supporting their personal development and the pursuit of their ambitions.
